How much does the postage cost?
Postage within the UK is FREE, for standard 1st class Royal Mail service. If you need an item urgently, call us on 0113 2748494 and we can quote you for Next Day Delivery, which we charge at cost. Postage outside the UK is also charged at cost and details of how to calculate this can be found further down this page.

How do I place my order online?
Placing your order online at Steptoes Dog Vintage Wares is very simple, just click on the 'add to basket' button next to the item you wish to order. For full details on how to use the shopping basket and checkout click here.

Will my card details be secure if I order online?
Yes, your card and contact details are secure when you place your order online at Steptoes Dog Vintage Wares. Our whole shopping cart is a secure area (check out the security padlock at the bottom right of the screen and the prefix https of the address in your browser address bar when you enter your shopping basket pages, this means all your contact details are held securely). When you have put your items into the shoping basket and are ready to checkout, you will be directed to our secure server, which is hosted by Worldpay, a part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. Only when you are on the Worldpay secure payment page (again you can see the golden padlock and the https prefix), will you enter your card details, which means that only the Royal Bank of Scotland hold your card details and no one else has access to them, including us.

How long will delivery take?
As every item is hand picked, checked, packed and wrapped to ensure it reaches you in tip top condition, orders are generally shipped out within 2 days, but, we do try to get orders sent out faster than this. You should allow a further 2 days for UK delivery, 5 days for European delivery and 10 days for international delivery. We can offer a next working day delivery service if you need an item urgently, however, this is at extra (postage) cost, so please call us for a quote on 0113 2748494.

Can I return an order if it is not suitable?
